Mathéo joined Translink CF France at the beginning of 2023 after several M&A experiences, notably within BNP Paribas' Large Cap teams, where he was able to work on cross-border transactions in the agri-food, retail and healthcare sectors. His return to Translink CF France, where he already worked as an intern, is proof of his attachment to our values and our project.
He also holds a Master Grande Ecole from Audencia Business School and a double degree from Ecole Centrale de Lyon.
In his spare time, Mathéo enjoys having good time with friends and family, watching a rugby match or a Formula 1 Grand Prix. Long time practitioner of many combat sports, he likes to channel his energy with a good boxing match!
After a master's degree in management at the Sorbonne, Caroline took over the family business specializing in the wholesale trade of hydraulic products in the mid-90's, before ceasing her activity in early 2023. Today, she is putting all her energy into continuing to structure Translink CF France around issues such as governance, HR and marketing, with the ambition to bring all her experience. Formidable scrabble player, keen skier and swimmer and avid traveler, Caroline speaks English fluently.
After studying Applied Foreign Languages, with a major in Business and Commerce, Denisa joined Translink CF France in September 2021 as International Development Manager. Today, she is in charge of monitoring international projects and supporting clients and prospects in their development.
Denisa speaks 5 languages fluently. Passionate about literature, history and tennis, she has a strong taste for foreign cultures.
Arnaud holds a master's degree in finance from emlyon business school, and has experience in M&A as well as in private equity within Siparex.
Arnaud joined Translink CF France as an analyst in early 2022, and has since worked on a wide variety of sectors and transaction types.

With a Master Grande Ecole degree from emlyon business school, Manon joined Translink CF France in early 2022. She began her career at BNP Paribas in M&A, then at Eurazeo, a major player in private equity. Manon firmly believes in the importance of building trusting relationships with her customers, in order to offer them solutions siuted to their needs. She contributes to this every day, bringing her goodmood and her expertise to the team.
Keen traveler and always ready to share good time, Manon loves to get together around a table to exchange laughs and stories.
With a Master's degree in Finance from Grenoble Ecole de Management, Vincent completed several internships in investment banking and within the Financial Department of the EDF Group, where he worked on cross-border M&A and Project Finance transactions.
Vincent joined Translink CF as an analyst in 2021, and has since worked on a wide variety of sectors and deal types.
Amateur of anything with an engine, and avid runner, Vincent is also the organizer of our best afterworks.
Stanislas joined Translink CF France at the beginning of 2021 after experience at Mediobanca in M&A, then at Seven2, European leader in private equity. He was promoted to Associate at the beginning of 2023. This promotion testifies to his value and contribution to the team. Stanislas continues to bring his energy and expertise to strengthen our work environment and client relationships. He also holds a Master's degree in Banking and Finance from Paris-Dauphine University.
Outside work, Stanislas enjoys racquet sports and cooking. He excels in a variety of sporting activities and explores his creativity by concocting delicious dishes for family and friends.
After M&A experiences in investment banking at Capitalmind Investec and Raphaël Financial Advisory, Boris joined Translink CF in January 2021 as an analyst. He has since been promoted to Associate in January 2023, and has been able to demonstrate his expertise in a wide variety of transactions (LBOs, industrial disposals and fundraising) and sectors. He is a graduate of Audencia Business School's Grande Ecole program.
Aficionado of all kinds of sports and curious by nature, Boris likes to discover new things all the time. Thanks to his mastery of the verb, he's always on the lookout for the right word at the coffee machine or on Teams.
With a Master's degree in Finance from EM Lyon Business School, Jules began his professional career as an M&A Analyst at SANTANDER CIB, then as an Associate at ATOUT CAPITAL and SEVENSTONES, in charge of M&A transactions dedicated to entrepreneurs and family groups. His interest in buyouts and LBOs naturally led him to join Translink CF in 2022 as a Senior Associate. Jules brings his good mood and "joie de vivre" in order to better conduct our customers' complex transactions.
With a passion for wine, the mountains and motor racing, Jules is always looking for new bottles to taste, or opportunity to put on his skis.
With a Master's degree from IESEG with a major in Corporate Finance, Alexandre began his professional career with Societex Corporate Finance as an Analyst and then Associate.
Alexandre joined the Translink CF France team in September 2020 and has been involved in several transactions, advising industrial companies and private equity funds with an appetite for the TMT sector.
Sportsman in love with the orange ball, and single-seaters travelling at speeds of over 300 km/h, Alexandre likes to surpass himself and take on new challenges every day.
Engineering graduate from Arts et Métiers, David began his professional career in transaction services before moving into the world of M&A. As part of the team, David contributes to TRANSLINK CF projects, bringing added value to SME managers and investment funds, in an increasingly international context. With expertise in the energy, environment and agri-food sectors, David has completed some twenty equity transactions in these sectors in the last past years. His pragmatic and rigorous approach, as well as his strong human dimension, are real assets for the managers he advises.
Sports fan and adventurer by nature, David likes to go beyond his limits at the top of the mountains.
Arthur holds a Master's degree in business law from the Université Panthéon-Sorbonne and from EM Lyon (Grande Ecole program). He began his career in midcap M&A at Deloitte Corporate Finance and then at Banque Delubac & Cie. Arthur has nine years of experience in mergers & acquisitions and corporate finance. Over the past nine years, he has carried out more than 30 equity transactions on behalf of industrial companies and investment funds. Arthur specializes mainly in the healthcare sector, which he co-manages at Translink CF France.
A sports and soccer fan, Arthur never misses an opportunity to support his favorite team. Adventurous, he's always ready to set off and discover the world with his backpack. Offer him a coffee in an unusual corner of Paris and he won't refuse.
Co-founder of a start-up and with almost 20 years' experience in mergers & acquisitions and fundraising, Antoine has carried out numerous transactions on technology companies (ESN, software publishers, digital platforms) on behalf of shareholder-managers, private equity funds and corporates.
Antoine began his professional life in 2002 with EY and then DC ADVISORY. In 2010, he co-founded ZEGREENWEB, a content and services portal dedicated to ecology and sustainable development, which became the market leader in France. He then joined PWC CORPORATE FINANCE's Technology Media Telecom M&A team in Paris as a Director between 2015 and 2020, then the ADVISO PARTNERS team as Associate Director in charge of the TMT sector.
Fan of theater, skiing, traveling and hiking or boating in his beloved Brittany, Antoine is above all curious about encounters and new challenges.
Graduate of HEC, Tanguy began his career in the M&A departments of investment banks JP Morgan and BNP Paribas, in Paris, London and New York.
He then spent two years in the M&A department of the Unibail Rodamco group.
He then joined Ricol Lasteyrie Corporate Finance, contributing to the development of the M&A department; the entity joined the EY group in 2015.
Tanguy joined Translink CF France in 2021, reinforcing the bank's TMT teams and leading the Energy & Environment practice, for France and the Translink CF group. He mainly manages M&A mandates and fundraising advisory missions.
Keen to meet new people and share experiences, he is as much at home in Parisian lawyer cocktail parties and entrepreneurial business networks as in Asian spice markets or Latin American hiking trails.
With a master's degree in finance from ISG Paris, Jacques-Henri began his professional career in wealth management before moving into the world of M&A. An entrepreneur at heart, he founded Financière Monceau CF with Mathieu and Marc, a company that joined the Translink CF network in 2017 before adopting the name for good in 2022. His expertise in industry, mobility and construction and public works has led him to conclude some thirty equity transactions over the past five years, with the main satisfaction of having played an active part in the development of the Sylvatek group, with no fewer than 5 transactions in 5 years.
Ayrton Senna and then Michael Schumacher inspired his driving style, Michael Jordan his attention to detail and a job well done, and James Bond his taste for cocktails! A great lover of challenges and discovery, Jacques-Henri is an epicurean who lives for the moment.
Graduating with a Master's degree in Finance from Paris-Dauphine University, Mathieu began his professional career in auditing before joining the world of M&A. An entrepreneur at heart, he founded Financière Monceau CF with Jacques-Henri and Marc, a company that joined the Translink CF network in 2017 before adopting the name in 2022. His expertise in healthcare and facility management has led him to conclude some forty equity transactions over the past five years, with the main satisfaction of having played an active part in the development of the Destia group, the French leader in homecare.
Fan of basketball, Michael Jordan and James Bond, Mathieu is a serial globetrotter who loves meeting new people and experiencing new things. He'll never refuse a good wine tasting and dinner, no matter what the setting.

Bruno joined the Translink CF France team in January 2022 as Senior Advisor on the TMT sector.
At the same time, Bruno is a managing partner at BL Horizon, a consulting structure specializing in supporting VSEs/SMEs whose growth comes from digital businesses.
In 2000 he founded APX, of which he became the managing director and then the merger-acquisition manager. APX was renamed Axians France in 2015 following its association with Vinci Energies.

Benoît Bazire began his career in 1978 at the Direction des Constructions Navales (DCN), before joining the central services in the Ministry of Defense in 1983. Using his fifteen years in the service of the State (Ministry of Defence) and local authorities (General Manager of services in the Picardy region), and after having worked for twenty years in industry (Thales, Qioptiq, Areva), Bazire created Caleti . This consulting company works with SMEs, ETIs and large groups in order to help management in their development choices and operational decisions.
Benoît Bazire joined Financière Monceau (now Translink CF) in 2016 as a senior advisor on energy and the nuclear industry. This former chairman of Areva TA (2010-2014) is a graduate of the École Polytechnique, the National School of Advanced Techniques (ENSTA), the National School of Administration (ENA) and the Institute of Advanced National Defense Studies (IHEDN).
Jean-Louis Ségura began his career as a teacher. Very quickly, it moved toward positions in the administrative branch of France's National Education Department. His first post was as an inspector of National Education before moving into the role of inspector of academy and director of the cabinet for the rector of Grenoble. Finally he graduated to the post of adviser to the Minister of National Education (1984).
Four years later, he became project manager for the Secretary of State for the Disabled and the Injured in Life. From then on, he would work in the world of Health, first as CEO of the National Fund for the Integration of People with Disabilities (AGEFIPH), then as Director of the ARS of Burgundy. In 2004, he was called upon to lead the Toulouse Cancéropôle project where he created the “Cancer-Bio-Santé” competitiveness cluster and the InNaBioSanté Foundation.
Finally, he founded DCS Conseil, a consulting company in the health and medico-social sector. He has thus advised groups such as ICADE, the CDC and the SOFIA Group.
Jean-Louis brings a wealth of experience in Health and Education to the Translink CF team.
Michel Gostoli was Chairman of Eiffage Construction, a subsidiary of Eiffage, the third largest French group and sixth largest in Europe in terms of construction and concessions. Eiffage Construction is involved in all trades related to urban development, property development, construction, setting up operations, maintenance and facility management.
Michel Gostoli has joined the Senior Advisor committee of Financière Monceau (now Translink CF) in order to strengthen the team's expertise in the world of construction and facility management.

During his 18 years at LACTALIS, Régis consolidated an exceptional knowledge of the food industry as a whole. Previously, he also held positions in other industrial groups such as Danone or Procter & Gamble.
Régis joined Financière Monceau's (now Translink CF's) Senior Advisor committee in 2017 to strengthen the team's expertise in the food industry.

Declan has over eight years’ experience of providing corporate finance advice to owner managers and ambitious management teams. Based in Seignosse, Holding New Aire (« HNA ») operates 7 campsites in France with a total of approximately 3,500 pitches on the Atlantic and Mediterranean coasts.
Allows an increase of 3,500 pitches in Siblu’s total capacity, an increase of 25%.
The transaction was financed by a capital increase subscribed by all shareholders, led by Naxicap Partners, as well as the use of a Unitranche financing set up by Arcmont in December 2019.

Marc has a passion for beautiful machines, whether they be time pieces or 2- or 4-wheel models, and a taste for construction. When he's not working on building the company, he also likes to build Lego, preferably cars. It is rumored that he owns the largest collection of Lego in the 8th arrondissement. You can't beat that...
