Bruno joined the Translink CF France team in January 2022 as Senior Advisor on the TMT sector.
At the same time, Bruno is a managing partner at BL Horizon, a consulting structure specializing in supporting VSEs/SMEs whose growth comes from digital businesses.
In 2000 he founded APX, of which he became the managing director and then the merger-acquisition manager. APX was renamed Axians France in 2015 following its association with Vinci Energies.
Bruno dispose de plus de 20 ans d’expérience dans le domaine du cloud et des TMT.
He has an engineering degree from ESTACA.
Benoît Bazire began his career in 1978 at the Direction des Constructions Navales (DCN), before joining the central services in the Ministry of Defense in 1983. Using his fifteen years in the service of the State (Ministry of Defence) and local authorities (General Manager of services in the Picardy region), and after having worked for twenty years in industry (Thales, Qioptiq, Areva), Bazire created Caleti . This consulting company works with SMEs, ETIs and large groups in order to help management in their development choices and operational decisions.
Benoît Bazire joined Financière Monceau (now Translink CF) in 2016 as a senior advisor on energy and the nuclear industry. This former chairman of Areva TA (2010-2014) is a graduate of the École Polytechnique, the National School of Advanced Techniques (ENSTA), the National School of Administration (ENA) and the Institute of Advanced National Defense Studies (IHEDN).
Jean-Louis Ségura began his career as a teacher. Very quickly, it moved toward positions in the administrative branch of France's National Education Department. His first post was as an inspector of National Education before moving into the role of inspector of academy and director of the cabinet for the rector of Grenoble. Finally he graduated to the post of adviser to the Minister of National Education (1984).
Four years later, he became project manager for the Secretary of State for the Disabled and the Injured in Life. From then on, he would work in the world of Health, first as CEO of the National Fund for the Integration of People with Disabilities (AGEFIPH), then as Director of the ARS of Burgundy. In 2004, he was called upon to lead the Toulouse Cancéropôle project where he created the “Cancer-Bio-Santé” competitiveness cluster and the InNaBioSanté Foundation.
Finally, he founded DCS Conseil, a consulting company in the health and medico-social sector. He has thus advised groups such as ICADE, the CDC and the SOFIA Group.
Jean-Louis brings a wealth of experience in Health and Education to the Translink CF team.
Michel Gostoli was Chairman of Eiffage Construction, a subsidiary of Eiffage, the third largest French group and sixth largest in Europe in terms of construction and concessions. Eiffage Construction is involved in all trades related to urban development, property development, construction, setting up operations, maintenance and facility management.
Michel Gostoli has joined the Senior Advisor committee of Financière Monceau (now Translink CF) in order to strengthen the team's expertise in the world of construction and facility management.

Régis Ceyrac was Chief Marketing, Sales and Quality Officer and Member of the Management Board of the LACTALIS Group, the world leader in dairy products.
During his 18 years at LACTALIS, Régis consolidated an exceptional knowledge of the food industry as a whole. Previously, he also held positions in other industrial groups such as Danone or Procter & Gamble.
Régis joined Financière Monceau's (now Translink CF's) Senior Advisor committee in 2017 to strengthen the team's expertise in the food industry.

Through this experience, he has carried out numerous Vendor due diligence missions, business valuations and restructuring operations.

Arnaud joined Financier Monceau (now Translink CF) in early 2022 after working at Siparex, a leading French private equity house and PAX CF in M&A.

Antoine joined Translink CF in May 2022.
A startup co-founder with nearly 15 years of experience as an M&A and fundraising consultant, Antoine has closed more than 30 deals on behalf of shareholder-managers, private equity funds and corporates.
He began his career at EY in 2002 before joining DC ADVISORY. In 2010, he co-founded ZEGREENWEB, a web portal offering content and services focusing on environmental issues and sustainable development, which became the French market leader. He then took up a position as Director in the Technology Media and Telecoms M&A team at PWC CORPORATE FINANCE in Paris from 2015 to 2020. He then joined ADVISO PARTNERS.
Antoine TANGUY holds a Masters in Finance from the Toulouse School of Management
Boris joined the Financière Monceau (now Translink CF) team in January 2021.
Before joining the team, he worked at Raphaël Financial Advisory and Capitalmind as M&A Analyst.
Boris holds a Master in Corporate Finance from Audencia Business School.
A graduate in foreign languages and fluent in 5, Denisa brings experience and her internationalism to the team, with the aim of smoothing and developing relations with all the associate members of the Translink CF network. Her follow-up of files and pivotal role within the organization allow her to better support clients in their cross-border merger or acquisition projects, in addition to the partner in charge of transactional aspects.
Jacques-Henri Rieme has conducted capital transactions of every variety on behalf of corporates and investment funds. He is specialized in Industry sector and mobility.
He helped found Financière Monceau CF with Marc Irisson and Mathieu Lemesle while still in his 20s. That company would later become Translink CF France.
Jules joined the Translink CF France team in July 2022.
Jules ROZIER began his professional career in 2017 as an M&A Analyst at SANTANDER CIB then as an Associate at ATOUT CAPITAL in charge of operations for private and listed companies. He then joined the SEVENSTONES teams in charge of M&A transactions dedicated to entrepreneurs and family groups.
Jules holds a Masters in Financial Engineering from EM Lyon and a BBA from INSEEC.
Manon joined Financier Monceau (now Translink CF) in early 2022 after working at Eurazeo, a leading European private equity house and BNP Paribas in M&A.
She holds a Master's degree in Finance from EM Lyon.

Mathieu Lemesle has led around forty corporate finance transactions over the past half decade, with a focus on healthcare and business services.
Over the past 10 years, he has been involved in major transactions in the home care sector, advising the French group Destia. He also participated, as an M&A advisor, in the French expansion of Clinique Développement, a group of private clinics in France. He recently sold Almage to Domiped, a major player in the retirement home sector.
He started Financière Monceau CF with Jacques-Henri Rieme and Marc Irisson before his 30th birthday, back in 2011. That firm would grow and eventually become Translink CF France.
Stanislas joined Financiere Monceau (now Translink CF) in early 2021 after an experience at Mediobanca in M&A and then at Apax Partners, a leading private equity player in Europe.
He holds a Master's degree in Banking and Finance from Paris Dauphine University.

Will has over 10 years’ experience in M&A, having advised on a broad range of transactions including owner-managed businesses, large corporates and private equity.
He has extensive experience in providing shareholders and management teams with strategic advice on corporate mergers & acquisitions, business disposals, exit strategies, management buy-outs/buy-ins and raising debt or equity capital.
Will’s sector experience spans a wide range of markets, and he is a member of our Energy & Environment specialist sector group.
Will enjoys spending his free time with his young family around the Yorkshire countryside and has a passion for a range of sporting hobbies including golf, skiing and general fitness.
Matt has over 15 years’ of mid-market corporate finance experience across numerous sectors including TMT, Logistics, Manufacturing and Business Services.
He advises owner-managers, corporate and private equity clients, with a particular focus on M&A strategy and execution.
Matt has been described as being a cornerstone in the successful completion of the transaction, always on top of the facts and totally on the ball in constantly changing situations.
He is a member of the ICAEW and holds a MA in Finance.
John has worked in the corporate finance industry for over 20 years including in M&A at a top six firm, as an investment professional at a private equity house and now at Translink Corporate Finance.
He enjoys advising a wide variety of business owners, management teams and financial institutions on a range of corporate transactions and strategies. Since joining Translink Corporate Finance John has been responsible for the successful delivery of several domestic and cross-border disposals and fund raisings including for a building products business which enabled transformational growth.
John spends his downtime either walking his dog Doris with his family, or road cycling in the peak district.
Tim is an experienced deal maker, having enjoyed working with privately owned businesses for over 15 years.
His experience cuts across a wide range of industry sectors, advising clients on disposals to strategic acquirers and financial investors, providing advice on raising funds for growth or acquisitions and advising management teams through private-equity-backed MBOs.
Tim enjoys an active social life, maintaining his passion for golf and playing off a +1 handicap and regularly competing in Sheffield and Yorkshire teams as well as some national events when time permits!
Declan has over eight years’ experience of providing corporate finance advice to owner managers and ambitious management teams. In recent years he has advised on a number of company sales, corporate acquisitions and MBOs for clients across a range of sectors including automotive, TMT, industrial and healthcare.
In 2019 he was named Emerging Dealmaker of the Year at the Insider Sheffield City Region Dealmakers Awards.
Jamie is a partner at Provantage CF and has over 25 years of experience in the corporate finance world, gained at some of the most successful global corporate finance practices including Catalyst Corporate Finance/Alantra and GCA Altium/Houlihan Lokey.
He has worked with a wide range of business types – from owner managers to private equity backed businesses through to large corporates – always focused on delivering an outstanding outcome for the client. Based in Seignosse, Holding New Aire (« HNA ») operates 7 campsites in France with a total of approximately 3,500 pitches on the Atlantic and Mediterranean coasts.
Allows an increase of 3,500 pitches in Siblu’s total capacity, an increase of 25%.
The transaction was financed by a capital increase subscribed by all shareholders, led by Naxicap Partners, as well as the use of a Unitranche financing set up by Arcmont in December 2019.
