(24), le 23 janvier 2023 \u2013 Le Groupe Sylvatek, leader europ\u00e9en de la conception, fabrication et distribution de palox, palettes sp\u00e9ciales et caisses en bois, annonce la r\u00e9organisation de son capital dans le cadre d\u2019un processus interm\u00e9di\u00e9 par Translink CF France. A cette occasion, Unigrains, soci\u00e9t\u00e9 d\u2019investissement sp\u00e9cialiste de l\u2019agroalimentaire, entre au capital aux c\u00f4t\u00e9s de Galia Gestion qui r\u00e9investit significativement et du Management du Groupe devenant largement majoritaire. Naxicap, au capital depuis 2017, c\u00e8de sa participation.<\/p>\n<p>Ces derni\u00e8res ann\u00e9es, le Groupe est entr\u00e9 dans une nouvelle phase de d\u00e9veloppement sous l\u2019\u00e9gide de Didier et Odile CHEMIN ainsi que de leur fils Yann CHEMIN. Le Groupe r\u00e9alise pr\u00e8s de 40 millions d\u2019euros de chiffre d\u2019affaires en 2022, dont plus de 30% de l\u2019activit\u00e9 palox de Barbarie est r\u00e9alis\u00e9e \u00e0 l\u2019export.<\/p>\n<p>Alors que les actionnaires familiaux r\u00e9investissent significativement, conservant la majorit\u00e9 du capital et la direction op\u00e9rationnelle, ce nouveau tour de table permet d\u2019amorcer la transmission familiale \u00e0 leur fils, Yann, pr\u00e9sent au sein de l\u2019entreprise depuis plusieurs ann\u00e9es.<\/p>\n<p>Avec le concours d\u2019Unigrains et de Galia Gestion, Sylvatek entamera une nouvelle \u00e9tape dans son histoire notamment marqu\u00e9e par la poursuite de l\u2019internationalisation du Groupe, le d\u00e9veloppement de ses capacit\u00e9s productives ainsi que la r\u00e9alisation de nouvelles croissances en amont et en aval de la fili\u00e8re pour s\u00e9curiser ses approvisionnements en mati\u00e8res premi\u00e8res et d\u00e9velopper son portefeuille produits ainsi que sa base de client\u00e8le.<\/p>\n<p>Didier CHEMIN, Pr\u00e9sident de Sylvatek, commente : \u00ab Nous continuons notre aventure et sommes ravis que Galia Gestion continue de nous accompagner preuve de confiance et d\u2019une vision commune.
