acquis une participation minoritaire dans le Groupe DMAX afin d\u2019acc\u00e9l\u00e9rer son d\u00e9veloppement par croissance externe.<\/p>\n<p>DMAX a \u00e9t\u00e9 cr\u00e9\u00e9e en juin\u00a02006 et son si\u00e8ge social est bas\u00e9 \u00e0 Clichy (Hauts-de-Seine, France). Elle est le premier prestataire fran\u00e7ais de services de d\u00e9m\u00e9nagement [Note MIR\u00a0: transfert\/d\u00e9m\u00e9nagement] haut de gamme pour les entreprises et les industries. Fond\u00e9e et dirig\u00e9e par <a href=\"https:\/\/www.linkedin.com\/in\/jerome-jaman-b1b4aa14\/\">J\u00e9r\u00f4me Jaman<\/a>, DMAX a la capacit\u00e9 unique de r\u00e9inventer toute entreprise en investissant massivement dans son personnel, la formation des \u00e9quipes et l\u2019innovation technologique, des actions qui permettent au Groupe d\u2019offrir une gamme compl\u00e8te de services haut de gamme \u00e0 ses clients.<\/p>\n<p>Avec un chiffre d\u2019affaires de plus de 30\u00a0millions d\u2019euros en 2021 et plus de 400\u00a0collaborateurs, DMAX est pr\u00e9sent en France \u00e0 travers 15\u00a0\u00e9tablissements situ\u00e9s en \u00cele-de-France, Normandie, Hauts-de-France, Auvergne-Rh\u00f4ne-Alpes, Nouvelle-Aquitaine, Occitanie et Provence-Alpes-C\u00f4te d\u2019Azur. DMAX accompagne un grand nombre de clients dans tous les secteurs d\u2019activit\u00e9, notamment le luxe, l\u2019a\u00e9ronautique, la banque et l\u2019assurance et les t\u00e9l\u00e9communications, tous ces secteurs \u00e9tant associ\u00e9s \u00e0 la qualit\u00e9 et au service.<\/p>\n<p>\u00c0 l\u2019initiative de Translink CF France, InnovaFonds et BNP Paribas D\u00e9veloppement ont investi aux c\u00f4t\u00e9s du management dans un Owner Buy Out (OBO) pour r\u00e9organiser le capital du Groupe DMAX et acc\u00e9l\u00e9rer son d\u00e9veloppement. J\u00e9r\u00f4me Jaman, pr\u00e9sident fondateur de DMAX, reste l\u2019actionnaire majoritaire. Le financement bancaire a \u00e9t\u00e9 mis en place via un pool bancaire compos\u00e9 de BNP Paribas, Banque Populaire Rives de Paris, Soci\u00e9t\u00e9 G\u00e9n\u00e9rale et LCL. L\u2019effet de levier bancaire est volontairement tr\u00e8s mod\u00e9r\u00e9, compte tenu de la volont\u00e9 du Groupe de fixer d\u00e9finitivement sa couverture g\u00e9ographique et de profiter des nombreuses possibilit\u00e9s de croissance externe existantes sur un march\u00e9 encore tr\u00e8s fragment\u00e9.<\/p>\n<p><strong>De grandes ambitions exprim\u00e9es par le management de DMAX<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Le Groupe a d\u00e9j\u00e0 r\u00e9alis\u00e9 plus d\u2019une dizaine d\u2019acquisitions, confirmant sa position de plateforme de consolidation sur son march\u00e9. D\u2019apr\u00e8s J\u00e9r\u00f4me Jaman, \u00ab\u00a0deux op\u00e9rations de ce type devraient \u00eatre r\u00e9alis\u00e9es d\u2019ici fin\u00a02022 ou d\u00e9but\u00a02023 pour renforcer le r\u00e9seau en France et d\u2019autres op\u00e9rations, ciblant \u00e9galement le segment haut de gamme du march\u00e9, sont en cours de r\u00e9alisation.\u00a0\u00bb Julien Jaman, Directeur g\u00e9n\u00e9ral, ajoute que \u00ab\u00a0l\u2019entr\u00e9e au capital d\u2019InnovaFonds va permettre au groupe d\u2019acc\u00e9l\u00e9rer son d\u00e9veloppement, le but \u00e9tant de doubler son chiffre d\u2019affaires d\u2019ici cinq ans.\u00a0\u00bb<\/p>\n<p>Cyril Chaumien et Benjamin Colzart, respectivement associ\u00e9 directeur et associ\u00e9 d\u2019InnovaFonds, commentent\u00a0: \u00ab\u00a0Outre les moyens financiers apport\u00e9s au groupe, InnovaFonds soutiendra activement DMAX \u00e0 la fois dans sa strat\u00e9gie de croissance externe cibl\u00e9e en France et en Europe (Allemagne et Espagne), et dans le renforcement de ses activit\u00e9s verticales, telles que l\u2019assistance \u00e0 ma\u00eetrise d\u2019ouvrage (AMO) et le transfert
