bas\u00e9 \u00e0 Argenteuil, le Groupe Louange s\u2019est impos\u00e9 comme un acteur incontournable de la logistique de chantier en France, particuli\u00e8rement dans les projets de construction et de r\u00e9novation en environnement contraint. Le Groupe accompagne ma\u00eetres d\u2019ouvrage et ma\u00eetres d\u2019\u0153uvre avec des solutions innovantes et durables visant \u00e0 optimiser la gestion et l\u2019organisation des chantiers.<\/p>\n<p>Port\u00e9 par une culture entrepreneuriale et une strat\u00e9gie d\u2019innovation constante, le Groupe Louange s\u2019est affirm\u00e9 comme leader du lot 00, en d\u00e9veloppant des filiales sp\u00e9cialis\u00e9es qui couvrent l\u2019ensemble de la cha\u00eene de valeur : \u00e9tudes et ing\u00e9nierie, logistique, travaux, installations, location et vente de mat\u00e9riel, etc. Cette diversification lui a permis de doubler son chiffre d\u2019affaires en cinq ans, passant de 25 M\u20ac en 2020 \u00e0 50 M\u20ac en 2024.<\/p>\n<p>Fort de plus de 450 collaborateurs et d\u2019une client\u00e8le fid\u00e8le, le Groupe b\u00e9n\u00e9ficie d\u2019une solide notori\u00e9t\u00e9 lui permettant de remporter des chantiers strat\u00e9giques aupr\u00e8s de partenaires historiques comme de nouveaux acteurs.<\/p>\n<p>Dans le cadre d\u2019un processus men\u00e9 par Translink Corporate Finance, le Groupe Cougnaud a finalis\u00e9 l\u2019acquisition du Groupe Louange, dans l\u2019objectif de cr\u00e9er une offre Lot 00 int\u00e9gr\u00e9e \u00e0 ses activit\u00e9s. Cette op\u00e9ration r\u00e9pond \u00e0 une demande croissante des clients de b\u00e9n\u00e9ficier de solutions globales pour relever leurs d\u00e9fis de construction.
