soci\u00e9t\u00e9 RETROFLEET. Emmanuel Flahaut, fondateur et pr\u00e9sident de RETROFLEET, reste aux commandes de la soci\u00e9t\u00e9 aux c\u00f4t\u00e9s des co-fondateurs historiques, C\u00e9dric Michels, directeur technique et Thibaut Moura, directeur des affaires publiques. Cet adossement permet ainsi \u00e0 RETROFLEET de s\u2019associer \u00e0 un leader mondial de la pi\u00e8ce de rechange et des services pour v\u00e9hicules de transport urbains et interurbains. RETROFLEET ambitionne ainsi de traiter plusieurs centaines de v\u00e9hicules par an pour s\u2019inscrire durablement sur le march\u00e9 prometteur du r\u00e9trofit des autocars en Europe.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>RETROFLEET, pionner du r\u00e9trofit en France depuis 2020, est la toute premi\u00e8re soci\u00e9t\u00e9 \u00e0 avoir obtenu mi-2023 une homologation s\u00e9rie sur la gamme poids lourds, avec son r\u00e9trofit d\u2019autocar IVECO CROSSWAY. A ce jour, une dizaine de v\u00e9hicules ont \u00e9t\u00e9 livr\u00e9s et sont entr\u00e9s en phase d\u2019exploitation. Une centaine de v\u00e9hicules sont engag\u00e9s pour 2024 et la soci\u00e9t\u00e9, avec l\u2019appui du Groupe CBM et notamment de sa filiale BESSET, pr\u00e9pare activement son d\u00e9ploiement industriel pour les ann\u00e9es \u00e0 venir. Sa filiale MONA Energy, sp\u00e9cialis\u00e9e dans le syst\u00e8me de recharge poids lourds \u00e0 haut niveau de service, est aussi en forte acc\u00e9l\u00e9ration, et contribue \u00e0 la dynamique globale.<\/p>\n<p>RETROFLEET accompagne ses clients pour optimiser leurs cas d&#8217;usage r\u00e9els, dimensionner leurs op\u00e9rations de r\u00e9trofit et les infrastructures de charge associ\u00e9es pour atteindre un triple objectif : une performance carbone et environnementale maximale (CO2\/Km) au moindre co\u00fbt (\u20ac\/km). Le groupe est particuli\u00e8rement actif sur le segment des autocars, qui compte 60 000 unit\u00e9s en France et pr\u00e8s de 600 000 en Europe. RETROFLEET souhaite se donner les moyens de traiter plusieurs centaines de v\u00e9hicules par an pour capter le march\u00e9 du r\u00e9trofit des autocars naissant en Europe, en particulier sur les gammes MERCEDES INTOURO et IVECO CROSSWAY, qui repr\u00e9sentent 80% du parc europ\u00e9en. Une cinquantaine d\u2019emplois directs sont pr\u00e9vus d\u2019ici 2025 (et plus du triple via les installateurs partenaires).<\/p>\n<p>Emmanuel Flahaut, Pr\u00e9sident Directeur G\u00e9n\u00e9ral de RETROFLEET, a exprim\u00e9 son enthousiasme vis-\u00e0-vis de cette op\u00e9ration : \u00ab L\u2019arriv\u00e9e du Groupe CBM au capital de notre soci\u00e9t\u00e9 est une suite logique aux vues des synergies d\u00e9j\u00e0 existantes depuis plus d\u2019un an.
