ind\u00e9pendants du g\u00e9nie \u00e9lectrique et climatique en France, avec plus de 800 collaborateurs et un chiffre d\u2019affaires de pr\u00e8s de 140 millions d\u2019euros en 2022.<\/p>\n<p>Ce march\u00e9 en croissance r\u00e9guli\u00e8re est en particulier renforc\u00e9 par les transitions \u00e9nerg\u00e9tique, num\u00e9rique, et industrielle actuellement en cours. Soutenu depuis 2022 par Seven2 (ex Apax Partners), accompagn\u00e9 de Soci\u00e9t\u00e9 G\u00e9n\u00e9rale Capital Partenaires et BNP Paribas D\u00e9veloppement, Groupe CEME dispose de moyens pour \u00eatre consolidateur sur son march\u00e9. Cette nouvelle acquisition fait d\u2019ailleurs suite \u00e0 une autre op\u00e9ration de croissance externe r\u00e9alis\u00e9e en mars dernier aupr\u00e8s de la soci\u00e9t\u00e9 Gergaud Industrie, reconnue pour son savoir-faire en mati\u00e8re de conception et installation de syst\u00e8mes photovolta\u00efques pour ses clients.<\/p>\n<p>La soci\u00e9t\u00e9 V\u00eapres est sp\u00e9cialis\u00e9e dans la conception et l\u2019installation de salles blanches pour de nombreux secteurs d\u2019activit\u00e9s. Fond\u00e9e en 1962 par Francis V\u00eapres \u00e0 Claix (38), dans la r\u00e9gion grenobloise, l\u2019entreprise s\u2019est progressivement sp\u00e9cialis\u00e9e dans la r\u00e9alisation de salles blanches et propres \u00e0 partir de 1967, pour devenir un acteur de r\u00e9f\u00e9rence de ce secteur. Elle intervient sur la r\u00e9alisation d\u2019infrastructures, en tant que contractant g\u00e9n\u00e9ral ainsi que prestataire de services associ\u00e9s. Elle accompagne ses clients du secteur industriel (micro\u00e9lectronique, sant\u00e9, biotech, agroalimentaire, a\u00e9rospatial\u2026) sur toute la France et ponctuellement \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9tranger.<\/p>\n<p>Forte d\u2019une \u00e9quipe de plus de 80 personnes, la soci\u00e9t\u00e9 V\u00eapres est dirig\u00e9e par C\u00e9dric Mercier et Eric Bernard-Brunel, et a r\u00e9alis\u00e9 en 2022 un chiffre d\u2019affaires de 22 millions d\u2019euros.<\/p>\n<p>\u00ab Avec l\u2019arriv\u00e9e de V\u00eapres au sein de notre Groupe, nous franchissons une nouvelle \u00e9tape de notre d\u00e9veloppement dans le cadre de notre plan strat\u00e9gique Boost 2026 \u00bb, pr\u00e9cise Jean de Vauxclairs, Pr\u00e9sident de Groupe CEME. \u00ab Nous compl\u00e9tons notre offre dans un domaine d\u2019activit\u00e9 technologique et \u00e0 haute valeur ajout\u00e9e essentiel pour la transition industrielle en cours, sur un march\u00e9 en plein d\u00e9veloppement.\u00bb<\/p>\n<p>\u00ab Rejoindre le Groupe CEME va permettre \u00e0 V\u00eapres de poursuivre son d\u00e9veloppement \u00bb, d\u00e9taille C\u00e9dric Mercier, Directeur G\u00e9n\u00e9ral de V\u00eapres. \u00ab Les savoir-faire de Groupe CEME en g\u00e9nie \u00e9lectrique et r\u00e9gulation viennent renforcer l\u2019expertise de notre entreprise pour d\u00e9velopper son offre cl\u00e9 en main.
