Lindera, permettant ainsi la sortie des investisseurs actuels : UI Investissement et LT Capital. Bpifrance r\u00e9investit aux c\u00f4t\u00e9s de FCDE.<\/p>\n<p>Fond\u00e9 en 1993 par Tristan de Sevin, le Groupe Lindera, dont le si\u00e8ge social est bas\u00e9 en r\u00e9gion parisienne, est sp\u00e9cialis\u00e9 dans l&#8217;agencement d&#8217;espaces de vente et d\u2019immeubles tertiaires. Ma\u00eetrisant la fabrication de mobilier d\u2019agencement, le g\u00e9nie climatique et la r\u00e9alisation de travaux Tous Corps d&#8217;\u00c9tat (TCE), le Groupe adresse une multitude de secteurs comme le luxe, les GSS ou encore le tertiaire et accompagne ses clients en France comme \u00e0 l\u2019international.<\/p>\n<p>Le savoir-faire du Groupe, combinant expertise industrielle et comp\u00e9tences artisanales, fait de lui le partenaire id\u00e9al des exploitants de r\u00e9seaux de magasins sp\u00e9cialis\u00e9s, des maisons de luxe et des cabinets d\u2019architectes. Son positionnement unique et son business model agile lui permettent de proposer des solutions d\u2019am\u00e9nagement \u00ab cl\u00e9 en main \u00bb diff\u00e9renciantes avec une qualit\u00e9 difficilement r\u00e9plicable.<\/p>\n<p>Dans le cadre de l\u2019op\u00e9ration, Tristan de Sevin transmet la direction du Groupe \u00e0 Olivier Jacquier, ancien cadre dirigeant du Groupe Suez-Engie et du Groupe SLB et ancien banquier d\u2019affaires au sein de BNP Paribas.<\/p>\n<p>Tristan de Sevin, Pr\u00e9sident du Groupe Lindera, commente : \u00ab Nous sommes heureux d\u2019accueillir FCDE comme actionnaire de r\u00e9f\u00e9rence et Olivier Jacquier comme nouveau Pr\u00e9sident au sein de Lindera. Nous tenions aussi \u00e0 remercier Bpifrance qui r\u00e9investit pour sa confiance renouvel\u00e9e. Nous sommes convaincus que cette r\u00e9organisation du capital et du management va permettre \u00e0 notre Groupe d\u2019engager une nouvelle phase de d\u00e9veloppement, aux c\u00f4t\u00e9s de FCDE qui se positionne comme un v\u00e9ritable partenaire, afin de continuer \u00e0 cro\u00eetre sur nos march\u00e9s et \u00e0 l\u2019international. Nous souhaitions enfin remercier LT Capital et UI Investissement de la valeur qu\u2019ils ont pu apporter dans la structuration du Groupe ces derni\u00e8res ann\u00e9es. \u00bb<\/p>\n<p>Au cours des derni\u00e8res ann\u00e9es, le Groupe a d\u00e9montr\u00e9 sa capacit\u00e9 \u00e0 renforcer ses comp\u00e9tences au travers de croissances externes, \u00e0 la fois pour int\u00e9grer une offre sur le segment du luxe (acquisition de Technics d\u2019Agencement en 2019), pour s\u2019\u00e9tendre sur la cha\u00eene de valeur et b\u00e9n\u00e9ficier d\u2019une nouvelle expertise dans le g\u00e9nie climatique (acquisition de Klima en 2021), et pour d\u00e9velopper son maillage territorial et cr\u00e9er des relais de croissance \u00e0 l\u2019international (acquisition de M2PROM en Bulgarie en 2022).<\/p>\n<p>Fort de plus de 70m\u20ac de chiffre d\u2019affaires en 2022 et de c. 250 employ\u00e9s, le Groupe dispose aujourd\u2019hui de 5 sites en France et un en Bulgarie. Lindera ambitionne de poursuivre sa conqu\u00eate commerciale, mais aussi de consolider sa position de leader en France, en capitalisant sur son implantation sur de nouveaux segments encore peu exploit\u00e9s et en accompagnant ses nombreux et fid\u00e8les clients dans leur projets internationaux.<\/p>\n<p>Des opportunit\u00e9s de croissances externes sur des g\u00e9ographies ou des comp\u00e9tences compl\u00e9mentaires cibl\u00e9s sont \u00e9galement susceptibles de venir renforcer le Groupe afin d\u2019acc\u00e9l\u00e9rer son d\u00e9veloppement.<\/p>\n<p>FCDE souhaite engager une nouvelle phase de croissance et de transformation du Groupe en associant au capital une trentaine de cadres et salari\u00e9s du Groupe.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/section><br \/>\n\n<style type=\"text\/css\"
