d\u00e9chets poursuit sa consolidation avec l\u2019int\u00e9gration d\u2019Unifer au sein du Groupe Brangeon.<\/p>\n<p>Unifer est un acteur multi-sp\u00e9cialiste de la gestion des d\u00e9chets et ferrailles implant\u00e9 sur l\u2019Estuaire de la Seine ayant r\u00e9alis\u00e9 21 m\u20ac de CA en 2022 et comptant 65 employ\u00e9s. L\u2019entreprise est pr\u00e9sente sur l\u2019ensemble de la cha\u00eene de valeur, en s\u2019appuyant sur des expertises cl\u00e9s en collecte, gestion et valorisation des d\u00e9chets et ferrailles. Unifer exploite 3 sites afin d\u2019\u00eatre r\u00e9actif aux besoins de plus de 1 500 clients. Fond\u00e9 en 1955 et dirig\u00e9 par Samuel Lebain depuis 2004, Unifer, poss\u00e8de un parc machine moderne (cabines de tri, presses, broyeurs, cribles, trommels, cisailles, etc.) pour le tri et la valorisation des d\u00e9chets lui conf\u00e9rant une forte capacit\u00e9 de traitement.<\/p>\n<p>\u00ab Apr\u00e8s un process comp\u00e9titif d\u00e9but\u00e9 fin 2022, ce dernier voit Brangeon, une ETI familiale, devenir l\u2019actionnaire majoritaire d\u2019Unifer. Cette op\u00e9ration illustre \u00e0 nouveau le savoir-faire de Translink CF dans sa capacit\u00e9 \u00e0 accompagner les groupes \u00e0 toutes les \u00e9tapes de leur d\u00e9veloppement. La r\u00e9silience de l\u2019activit\u00e9 d\u2019Unifer, dans un contexte \u00e9conomique agit\u00e9, et la qualit\u00e9 de l\u2019actif, ont \u00e9t\u00e9 deux \u00e9l\u00e9ments cl\u00e9s dans le bon d\u00e9roulement de ce process \u00bb pr\u00e9cisent Mathieu Lemesle et David Dhouahria, respectivement Associ\u00e9 et Directeur Adjoint chez Translink CF en charge de cette op\u00e9ration.<\/p>\n<p>Samuel Lebain, Pr\u00e9sident de Unifer, commente : \u00ab Je veux continuer cette croissance \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9chelle r\u00e9gionale sans d\u00e9naturer ce qu\u2019est Unifer : une entreprise ind\u00e9pendante, o\u00f9 les salari\u00e9s se sentent bien.
