Deux mois plus tard, ce fut au tour de Grupo Alvic (Espagne) d\u2019acqu\u00e9rir Stratagem (France) avant de se conclure en d\u00e9cembre par l\u2019acquisition de Gerosol (Espagne) par le groupe Destia (France).
