Bouches-du-Rh\u00f4ne.<\/p>\n<p>Aix-en-Provence et Toulon, le 15 mars 2023 \u2013PLD Automobile, un des leaders de la distribution automobile en Provence-Alpes-C\u00f4te d\u2019Azur, acquiert la soci\u00e9t\u00e9 BHL Location, franchis\u00e9e EUROPCAR, avec ses 7 agences de location courte dur\u00e9e dans le cadre d\u2019un processus d\u2019acquisition de gr\u00e9 \u00e0 gr\u00e9 initi\u00e9 par Translink CF France. A cette occasion, SDP Invest, soci\u00e9t\u00e9 holding du dirigeant de BHL Location c\u00e8de ses titres \u00e0 un sp\u00e9cialiste de la mobilit\u00e9 intervenant dans Sud-Est de la France.<\/p>\n<p>Fond\u00e9e en 1983 \u00e0 Toulon dans\u00a0la Var, BHL Location s\u2019est d\u00e9velopp\u00e9e par croissance externe pour disposer d\u2019une couverture sur l\u2019ensemble du Var et d\u2019une antenne dans les Bouches-du-Rh\u00f4ne.<\/p>\n<p>Ces derni\u00e8res ann\u00e9es, la soci\u00e9t\u00e9 est entr\u00e9e dans une nouvelle phase de d\u00e9veloppement sous l\u2019\u00e9gide de Guillaume VERDIER.
